Product usage: This equipment is a fully automatic oil filling device specifically developed by our company to meet the production needs of pressure gauge manufacturers. The device can perform fluid filling inside instruments and meters. It features an all-steel sheet metal integrated body, with the oil filling section made of SUS304 material. The design is innovative and the appearance is simple and elegant. A large 10.1-inch screen is used for operation, making parameters and filling dynamics clear at a glance, ensuring easy and convenient use.
2. The equipment is equipped with an external heat fluid heating device inside, featuring a constant temperature and voltage protection system, making the operation process extremely safe and temperature control very convenient. The equipment uses a high-precision plunger pump for filling, with precise electronic cylinders for measuring the filling volume, and is driven by a Yaskawa servo system. The filling accuracy can reach ±0.2g (for gasoline).
3. The equipment uses a parameterized formula design (as shown in the figure on the right) to store filling parameters for 32 products. When switching products is required, the parameter formula can be directly called according to the product and fluid characteristics.
4. The equipment can be set to submersible filling, equipped with a drip-proof system for filling, and can set the filling speed, liquid injection delay, flow control, and fluid temperature control. It is also equipped with overload alarms, low oil alarms, automatic counting, automatic error correction, automatic frequency conversion, and filling data storage functions.
Chapter one: Overview of equipment
1.1 Equipment functions
This equipment is designed for the internal fluid precision filling of instruments and meters, suitable for the quantitative filling of high viscosity fluids such as glycerin, silicone oil, thermal oil, etc., and has the following core functions:
High precision filling: using plunger pump + servo cylinder metering, filling accuracy up to ±0.2g (glycerin medium).
Temperature control: external heat fluid heating device (20~150ºC), support constant temperature protection and over-temperature alarm.
Intelligent management: supports 32 sets of formula storage, one-click parameter switching, and adapt to the production needs of multiple varieties.
Safety protection: equipped with overload alarm, oil shortage detection, anti-dripping system and three-level emergency stop protection.
1.2 Structural characteristics
Body design: the fuselage is made of steel sheet metal (1.5mm thick), which is highly impact-resistant; the oil filling part is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and meets GMP standards.
Human-computer interaction: 10.1 inch industrial touch screen (resolution 1280 x 800), real-time display of filling parameters, temperature curve and alarm information.
Modular layout: filling module, heating module and control module are divided into independent zones for easy maintenance.

Chapter four: Operation process specification
4.1 Startup preparation
Safety check: confirm that the emergency stop button is reset and there is no leakage in the air pressure pipeline.
Power-on preheating: After starting the equipment, the heating module automatically heats up to the set temperature (default 45ºC).
Filling head installation: Select the hole size according to the fluid viscosity (standard 0.5mm/1.0mm/2.0mm).
4.2 Capping operation steps
Formula invocation: Select preset formula (such as P001-glycerin filling) from the touch screen.

Alarm reset: After clearing the alarm record on the HMI interface, the system is reinitialized.

Chapter six: Precautions
6.1 Safety warnings
Overpressure is prohibited: the working pressure shall not exceed 0.5MPa to prevent pipe burst.
Heat warning: Do not touch the metal pipe when heated (surface temperature may be> 80ºC).
Electrical safety: the power supply must be disconnected and warning signs must be hung before maintenance.
6.2 Contraindications for use
Medium limitation: Do not fill strong acid, strong alkali or flammable and explosive fluid.
Environmental requirements:

6.3 Long-term disuse management
