This equipment completely replace 200 type tubular stranding machine. This machine is mainly used for bunching BVR wire and high temperature conductors (such as 19/0.41, 19/0.52, 19/0.64) at the same time for layered stranding (according to customer demand can be in the same direction or the reverse stranding). Due to the completion of the 1+6 and (1+6) +12 two procedures, and the use of large bobbin multiwire payoffs, change bobbin frequency is low, which reduces cost and improve work efficiency. The output is 6 times of 200 type tubular stranding machine, and it saves 50% electricity per hour.The high speed stranding main machine can operate separately to bunch muliwire conductors. This machine has the advantages of energy saving, small space occupation and ,ow noise level.
